Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent — it removes your profile, email, and personal identifiers. If you have a wallet balance, withdraw it first (or email us about balances below the $10 cashout minimum).

You can also request deletion by emailing support@winners-circle.co from your account email — we'll process it and confirm. Some de-identified transaction records are retained where required for tax and audit purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Can I get a refund on a pass?

Passes deliver immediate, time-limited digital content, so all sales are final once you've viewed any pick under the pass. That said:

How does Winner's Circle qualification (7-7-7) work?

Win +7 units in 7 days across at least 7 picks. In detail: your picks over the trailing 7 days (US Eastern Time) must net at least +7.0 units of profit across at least 7 settled picks. To keep the Circle honest, each pick counts as if staked at most 2.0 units, no single pick can contribute more than +4.0 units, and picks that directly oppose your own picks on the same market are excluded. Membership recalculates every night at midnight ET — a hot week gets you in, a cold week rotates you out.

What exactly does a pass unlock?

A pass unlocks your daily allocation of Winner's Circle picks: all picks from an assigned subset of that day's Circle members (at least 5 members, or roughly two-thirds of the Circle, whichever is greater). The app always shows "Your K of N Circle members today." New picks from your assigned members appear through the day. A Day Pass ($1.99) covers the current ET day; a Week Pass ($4.99) covers 7 consecutive ET days. Neither is a subscription — nothing auto-renews.

How does the $100 daily prize work? Do buyers fund it?

No — we fund it. The prize is a free-entry promotional skill contest sponsored and funded entirely by Winner's Circle from its own money: $100 every day, split among that day's winning Circle picks in proportion to units won, rolling over to the next day if no Circle pick wins. Entry is free: you enter only by making picks with free virtual units, and winners are determined by pick performance — skill, not chance. No purchase is necessary (or even possible) to enter or win, pass purchases never touch the prize, and no user money is ever pooled, staked, or wagered. Full details: Official Rules.

Is this gambling? Can I bet money in the app?

No. Winner's Circle accepts no wagers — picks are made with free virtual units that have no cash value and can never be bought or converted to money. Passes buy access to information (other users' picks and records), not entries or wagers. You must be 18+. How do cashouts work for Winner's Circle members?

Prizes are credited to your in-app wallet. Cash out via Stripe Connect from the Profile tab (minimum $10). Your first cashout includes Stripe's identity verification and tax information (W-9) — both are required before funds can be sent. Funds typically arrive within a few business days.

Something looks wrong (odds, a settled pick, a missing payout)

Email support@winners-circle.co with the game, pick, and what you expected. All picks are settled server-side from official final results; if our data provider issues a correction, we re-check affected picks.
