Winner's Circle does not accept wagers. Every pick in the app is made with free virtual units that have no cash value and can never be bought or cashed out. You cannot bet, deposit, or lose money on games in this app.

That said, we deal in sports predictions — content that can encourage real-money gambling elsewhere. Please use it responsibly:

• You must be 18 or older to use Winner's Circle.
• Picks are opinions, not advice. No pick, record, or member — including Winner's Circle members — is a guarantee of anything. Past performance does not predict future results. Displayed win streaks are exactly the kind of statistic that looks more meaningful than it is.
• If you choose to gamble with real money elsewhere, that is your decision and your responsibility. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose, never chase losses, and never treat any pick — paid or free — as a sure thing.
• Buying a pass is buying information and entertainment, not an investment. Spend accordingly.
